Unlike most other translators, we are not happy with target texts that are just grammatically and terminologically correct and contain no spelling or typing errors. Our target texts go beyond that as they are also typographically correct and stylistically and culturally appropriate for the target readers and they are always delivered with absolute adherence to agreed deadlines.

Our translators, unlike many other translators, always proof their own work before passing it to our proofreaders. In the proofreading stage, the translation is checked by a second pair of eyes. As the last thing before delivery, a final quality assurance spot check is carried out by the project manager to make sure that all text portions have been translated, that client instructions were followed consistently and that formatting has not been changed inappropriately.

Apart from relying on human abilities, we also use automated spell checkers and grammar checkers. To ensure consistency of our translations over a longer period of time, we use various translation memory tools (Trados, across etc.). To maintain corporate terminologies, we use terminology management tools (MultiTerm, crossTerm etc.).
